Therapy with one client, who will be in charge of their own goals and direction. In our therapy sessions, we’ll work to solve current problems and improve positive thinking and behavior. I will help you “re-frame” your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles. We will set goals, and work together to find solutions and coping skills that will assist you along your journey. Counseling will be guided by your requests and preferences, and as your therapist I work to provide support, and the occasional challenge to improve your skills.
